Tailoring Communications: A 2019 Benchmarking Report
In an age where people are placing more value on experience over objects, demand continues to grow in the travel industry, and leading travel brands are finding new ways to meet customers whenever and wherever they may be. In Q1 of 2019 WBR Insights surveyed 100 Directors, Heads and VPs of Digital, eCommerce and Online Marketing, and those of a similar standing from some of Europe’s leading travel brands to find out more about the challenges they face and the innovative solutions they bring to the table. The survey was conducted by appointment over the telephone. The results were compiled and anonymised by WBR Insights and are presented here with analysis form the Digital Travel community.
