At Digital Travel, we spoke to Isabella Ballanti, Managing Director at Ultimate Languages, to see why they sponsored in 2023.

Why did you choose to sponsor Digital Travel?

Isabella: This is the second time we’ve sponsored Digital Travel, but we’ve also sponsored the Connect event, so this is the third experience I’ve had with Digital Travel. I have loved everything since the beginning. The team have been incredibly approachable and flexible from the start.

It’s the perfect format and the perfect size. It’s a great networking opportunity to reconsolidate connections with existing partners and potential new ones.

How have you found the quality of delegates and how have you found the networking opportunities?

Isabella: I am really impressed by the delegates’ high standards. I was also impressed by the fact that, from day one, I was given the opportunity to discuss potential new collaboration projects with very prominent brands in the travel industry.

The conversations that took place in our networking sessions, in particular, have proved especially productive. For instance, on one lunch break, I was seated next to a representative of one of the companies; this company also happened to be on my hit list of dream clients. Needless to say, it was great to make their acquaintance and it just comes to show how useful such networking opportunities are in connecting diverse companies.

Have you managed to attend any of the sessions today?

Isabella: I have attended the keynote speaker, which was really thought-provoking; it was also interesting to note a number of similarities between the keynote speech and the current challenges and achievements that Ultimate Languages is experiencing as a growing company.

How would you rate the organisation of the event?

Isabella: 10 out of 10- I love everything! Sponsoring future opportunities offered by Digital Travel Summit and Digital Travel Connect are already on my roadmap for next year, as they have proven to be the right forum for us. I can see both events having a positive impact on our 2024 business goals and look forward to realising them!
