Roberto is part of Italy’s biggest tour operator and part of the Carnival Corporation Group, listed on the London and New York stock exchanges and world leader in the Cruise sector with a fleet of 103 ships.

Roberto joined Costa in 2019 after almost 20 years in Integrated Marketing, User experience and Creative design, working for Creative and Product Agencies and on the Client side. His experience in multiple industries and blue chip brands, from Disney to Coca-Cola, gave him the opportunity to develop a vision on a Customer Centric approach to Business.

Over the last 3 years Roberto has has been part of the Leadership on Digital Transformation and Customer Experience redesign programs, based on an Omnichannel approach to data to structure Strategy and to Campaign execution involving cross functional teams.
