Marco Ottaviani is an engineer with a Master in Marketing and with almost 20 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer insights and experience development. Marco is the global Head of CRM and Customer Activation at MSC Cruises where worked in last 7 years. In this position he has founded the CRM Centre of Competence, CRM Lab, new loyalty program, the Marketing Automation based on customer journey strategy. Precedent experiences are in Accenture as leader for the Gucci CRM, and with a key role for the analytical CRM for Nestlè. Marco worked 11 years for Costa Cruises as Head of Corporate Marketing Research & Competitive Intelligence, Chairman for the Excellence committee, Product Manager.
