Lisa is Senior Vice President and Global Head
of Customer Service, in support of Travelzoo’s 28 million members and clients
worldwide. Well-versed in travel, previously she was Vice President of
Operations and Customer Service for Priceline.com, where she led sales and
service for the dot com and its affiliate partner network, from start-up
through a decade-plus of transformational change. Lisa is a Director of SOCAP
International, the customer care industries leading professional development
association, and an Advisory Board member with Execs In The Know, a global
community of customer experience executives. When she is not working, you can
find her in the art studio, making monotypes.
At LuxairGroup, the main objective of the newly created digital
transformation office is to support different Business Units and Functions in
order to successfully implement their digital transformation. Increasing the
use of digital technologies will have an impact on our products from their
definition to their offering. The Digital Transformation Office coordinates at
group level together with the Executive Committee all the different initiatives
to ensure proper resource allocation and prioritization.
Gilles joined LuxairGroup in June 2007 as Internal Auditor, then evolved
as Project Manager and created in 2013 the Program Office. Before joining
LuxairGroup, Gilles held different consulting positions within Ernst &
Young and KPMG.
As a person Gilles can be described as follow : Dynamic and pragmatic,
result oriented, agile evangelist with a dual passion for the
Travel/Transportation Industry and Technology.
