Charles-Edouard Girard graduated from Centrale Paris with an engineering degree. His first few professional experiences included managing digital marketplaces and organizing different marketing projects for consulting firms, publishing houses and even pharmaceutical companies. He later went on to develop two e-commerce companies; these entrepreneurial projects allowed him to acquire strong corporate leadership skills and an understanding of digital platforms. After meeting Emmanuel Arnaud, the two decided to team up and develop GuesttoGuest.  Charles-Edouard took charge of the marketing strategy and it was thanks to his efforts that GuesttoGuest was able to grow so rapidly. In 2017, GuesttoGuest officially acquired HomeExchange.com and together these two companies make up the largest home exchange community in the world.
