Stefano is part of Italy’s biggest tour operator and part of the Carnival Corporation Group, listed on the London and New York stock exchanges and world leader in the Cruise sector with a fleet of 103 ships.

Stefano joined Costa after 20 years in Digital and Integrated Marketing, working for Creative Agencies, eCommerce Service Providers and on the Client side. His experience in multiple industries and blue chip brands, from Ferrari to Nutella, gave him the opportunity to develop a sharp vision on what Customer Centric Business means. Over the last 3 years Stefano has led Digital Transformation and Customer Experience redesign programs, believing that Strategy should be data driven while execution must be cross-functional and Omni-Channel.
