As well as being a Board Member, Rufino leads the hotel operations, IT, business intelligence and buildings, engineering and maintenance disciplines globally, covering 30 countries across Europe and Americas. He leads the group’s digital transformation, helping all disciplines to gain competitive advantage through state-of-the-art customer-centric technologies and processes. Although the company has already made extensive investments, Rufino is always looking for new solutions that will help the company to keep gaining efficiency and reducing time to market, while improving customers’ experience.
