More specifically the last 15 of these years has been specifically focused on Travel. Nick's experience lies in his understanding that in this ever-evolving travel tech world the crucial role data still plays in driving more fluid customer experiences for brands. Nick currently leads Revenue responsibilities for Adara across EMEA. Adara is a travel data / traveller-intelligence company that helps travel brands (airlines, hotels, destinations, etc.) by providing insights, planning, measurement, and audience activation solutions. Their work is highly relevant for CRM, ancillary/upsell strategy, merchandising optimisation and personalisation in the travel industry.
