Prior to launching NXERA Consulting, Natalia was Head of Marketing Strategy (Trips) for Booking.com, based out of Amsterdam, and spent over 10 years in the UK and Asia working for FTI Consulting and the 'Big Four' consulting firm EY.

As a seasoned brand and marketing strategist, Natalia brings deep expertise in connecting brand positioning with go-to-market and sales enablement, helping companies unlock long-term success through integrated brand-to-demand programs, scalable growth strategies, and purpose-driven differentiation.

She was recently appointed Consulting Partner, Growth and GTM, at The Agentics Co. – an AI-native transformation agency. Natalia is Chair for the Creative Women’s Platform (Spain) and the founder of the Marketing Breakfast Club (Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Madrid).
