Ms. Minic-Massey is the Vice President of the Customer Engagement Activation and Operations team within the Global Marketing and Sales organization for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Customer Engagement manages the planning, targeting, personalization and delivery of all outbound marketing messages across offline, digital and direct marketing channels. She leads the team that develops one-to-one messaging plans and orchestrates omni-channel relevant message activation. Since joining Disney in 2002, Ms. Minic-Massey has held multiple leadership roles within Disney Parks Global Marketing and Sales, including managing the development and execution of the CRM and Direct Marketing campaigns and database development across international markets, including Canada, UK, Mexico and Japan. Prior to joining Disney, Ms. Minic-Massey served as an executive at Targetbase, providing strategic direction on data analysis and evaluation projects related to campaign development, CRM and database marketing initiatives.
Ms. Minic-Massey has over 25 years of experience in CRM and marketing technology with expertise in data-driven marketing strategies, technologies, campaign development, personalization and analytics. Her passion for data - and finding ways to leverage it to drive value for both the consumer and the business - has driven the personalization of marketing messages for more than 15 years at Disney. In recent years, Ms. Minic-Massey led the implementation of the first-ever machine learning enabled personalization for Disney Parks. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Texas.
