Karan Khanna

Managing Director, UK&I InterContinental Hotels Group

Karan is the Managing Director for IHG in the UK&I and as such is accountable for the end to end performance of the business in this key priority market for IHG. Karan has been with IHG for almost 8-years and has held multiple roles during this time including VP of Design & Engineering and Head of Strategy

Prior to IHG, Karan was an Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Co, working in the Consumer & Retail sector. Before that, Karan worked for 5-years at Cadbury-Schweppes in various brand management, innovation and commercial strategy roles.

Karan has an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
