Jessica is a business psychologist with an interest in the nonconcious drivers in human behaviour. She strongly believes that all organisations can benefit from understanding how psychology and neuro science can help explain the choices people make as individuals, and how they affect organisational performance. Her work ranges from what drives individual motivation, to drivers of consumer loyalty. She has extensive experience in multiple industries such as health, finance, travel and retail. She also teaches Work Psychology on an undergraduate and post graduate level at London Metropolitan University.
